Job Title: Technician

Job Description

We are hiring 2 helpers to start as soon as possible. You will be working on projects in Shelbyville, Nashville, and Gallatin. While experience is preferred, we are open to entry-level candidates. You must be able to work in the heat and be open to commuting to various project sites in the greater Nashville area. Responsibilities include taking direction from supervisors, selecting, cutting, shaping, and assembling structural units using manual and power tools, verifying the accuracy of structures, moving supplies and materials, assisting in determining the sequence of activities for fabrication, assembly, and erection of structures, helping supervisors orient and train new employees, and maintaining awareness of safety rules and procedures. Additional assignments may be given at the supervisor’s direction. Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays or Saturdays. Daily safety meetings start at 6:30 am, so punctuality is a must. The starting pay is $22-24/hr.
