Position Overview

Responsible for overseeing the organization’s commercial sales channel. Drives vision, strategy, and execution to achieve commercial sales revenue goals. Aligns and drives the organization and commercial team towards a strategy of growth and optimal performance. Responsible for achieving rapid growth through selling large national accounts, and managing the commercial sales team.

Collaborates and aligns with appropriate stakeholders to enhance the current commercial sales plan, forecasts and budgets. Provides leadership and development to commercial sales managers. Develops and implements customer growth strategies and sales strategies. Is accountable for commercial team performance and results. Maintains and develops relationships with potential commercial customers and channel partners. This position reports to the SVP of Production.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and directs commercial sales function, including developing, communicating, and driving commercial sales strategy.

  • Leads two main channels: large scale national accounts/team and localized business development teams.

  • Manages and develops team of regional commercial sales managers

  • Develops and implements customer growth strategies and sales strategies to achieve results.

  • Establishes contacts and relationships with potential commercial customers and channel partners, with a focus on building out national sales channel.

  • Works with the appropriate stakeholders to develop divisional sales plan, forecasts and budgets.

  • Communicates the mission and goals of the organization.

  • Works collaboratively with VP Sales, Division Vice President, and peer group to define and share best practices.

  • Analyzes historical data and identifies internal and industry trends that may impact business results.

  • Participate in establishing commercial sales incentive programs and communicating plans effectively with commercial sales team.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree highly recommended.

  • 8-10 years of experience proven growth performance in growing large scale B2B transactions and developing proven growth sales strategies

  • 8-10 years previous experience in sales and marketing management, particularly leading large scale teams

Pay Ranges$164,175.00 - $273,631.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
