JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Make sure trash and dirty linens are off the guest floors. 

Maintain cleanliness of guest hallways, elevators, and vending rooms.

Effectively communicate with Front Desk and Housekeeping. 

Replenish all housekeeping closet supplies.

Mix any necessary chemicals for cleaning.

Make sure chemicals are stored neatly and safely.

Report to manager when chemicals/items needed for cleaning need to be reordered.  

Report any issues immediately to the Hotel Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate with other departments to promote guest satisfaction. 

Promotes outstanding customer relations.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

EXPERIENCE: Previous housekeeping experience preferred.  Must be able to multi-task and take direction. 

 

Other:

 

Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. repeatedly.

Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, carrying and climbing stairs.
