Responsibilities You will provide direct administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director for the Department. You will schedule and track requirements analysis to meet internal, as well as external, deadlines. You will manage workflow using the automated tasking system to monitor and address all internal and external tasks within the assigned time frame You will assist senior analysts on projects as assigned. You will provide analysis and recommendations on business management processes Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Displaying relevant administrative experience. 2) Developing new and/or modified processes and procedures. 3) Preparing written documents and/or presentations to facilitate the sharing of information. 4) Applying knowledge and skills to develop innovative solutions. 5) Utilizing analytical and evaluative methods to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. 6) Applying regulations and directives governing classified document control to ensure security of command classified material.
