U.S. Marine Corps MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in Naval Base, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the MANPOWER BRANCH, G-1 DIVISION of MARFORCOM NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will analyze structure functions of organizations with interrelated work process to accurately advise and improve resource allocation. You will design and conduct comprehensive studies where the boundaries are extremely broad and difficult to determine. You will ensure all modifications are accurate, timely and in accordance with directives from higher headquarters. You will serve as a command interface with Total Force Structure Division (TFSD) in Quantico, VA for all structure requirements. You will coordinate with command advocates to expedite the processing of all TOECR's. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay grade, the GS-12 or equivalent pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing, assessing and making recommendations to optimize continuity of procedures and processes for projects and policy development related to federal civilian positions and personnel. This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management. You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
