Naval Supply Systems Command MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in Naval Support Activity, Pennsylvania

Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the NAVSUP headquarters (HQ), ACOM for Corporate Operations, Total Force division. Responsibilities You will serve as the expert and customer service agent for one or more of the following: Navy ERP User Management (UM) support for NAVSUP HQ and, Navy Workforce Management (WFM) Tier 2 Business Office. You will provide daily customer service for Navy ERP User Management. You will independently resolve issues for ERP users who require access to specific transactions. As a subject matter expert for Total Force systems, you will the incumbent implements enterprise wide procedures that minimize errors and enhance processes while maintaining overall data integrity. You will maintain standard Managers’ Internal Controls (MIC) checklist, in alignment with policy updates, and provide timely input to annual Navy ERP User Provisioning. MIC checklist completion for NAVSUP HQ. You will analyze requests for data integrity and policy compliance, and work with customers to receive/track and close help desk tickets/emails for customer support and system access. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management and Program Analyst work equivalent to the GS-11 level in the federal service utilizing a knowledge of management and organizational principles, qualitative and quantitative methods and applying analytical and evaluative techniques to a wide range of assignments, issues, or studies concerning the efficiency/effectiveness of automated business processes as they relate to NAVSUP organization and manpower management business. I have experience serving as the subject matter expert and primary customer service agent for one of the following areas: Navy ERP Workforce Management (WFM) Tier 2 Business Office or, Navy ERP User Management (UM) support for NAVSUP HQ. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1)Applying analytical and evaluative methods to resolve complex or unique issues; 2) Implementing enterprise wide system procedures that minimize errors and enhance processes while maintaining data integrity; 3) Analyzing and responding to customer system issues, to provide advice and determine appropriate actions necessary to resolve and improve enterprise wide operations; and 4) Developing desk guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure mission success and promote audit readiness..
