What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily quarry operations and ensuring safety compliance.

• Managing budgets, production targets, and operational costs.

• Leading and developing a team of quarry workers and supervisors.

• Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.

• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) from four-year college or university related to mining or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of direct management experience of a multi-shift operation.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and operational costs.

• Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.

Work Environment

• Outdoor and industrial environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.

• Requires physical activity, including walking, standing, and operating machinery.
