Description

Robert Half's client in Needham, MA is looking for a detail-oriented receptionist to support their office during tax season.

Responsibilities include:

• answering and transferring calls

• document management

• appointment scheduling

• greeting guests

• calendar management

• data entry

Where: Needham, MA (on-site)

Hours: 20 hrs/wk (flexible) - will transition into 40 hrs as tax season picks up

When: 1/6 start

Duration: 4-5 months

Requirements • Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system is required.

• Must have excellent customer service skills.

• Capability to perform accurate data entry tasks is essential.

• Should be adept at email correspondence.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is required.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is necessary.

• Should be proficient in using Microsoft Word.

• Ability to organize files efficiently.
