JOB REQUIREMENTS: Director, Product Management - R5244 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Accountabilities for this Position * Collaborates with internal stakeholders on the creation of a product roadmap for all product and services within the assigned product/service line(s). * Performs customer / market needs analysis and manage the existing assigned line(s) by delivering product enhancements that address those needs. * Translate business strategy into product strategy * Own and execute product roadmap * Conduct market research on products and stay abreast of emerging markets and products * Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market * Manage product profitability and commercial success - own the business case * Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market * Partner on product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages * Identify and execute Value Propositions with priority customers through knowledge and application of business capabilities and resources. * Identify potential changes or enhancements to products to provide competitive advantage. * Identify attractive new product categories as well as expansion opportunities in existing categories. * Define print strategies and assess demand. In conflict management, seeks middle ground while helping others through sensitive issues * Thoroughly assesses and diagnoses problems by analyzing deeply (not just taking face value) and weighs alternatives to reach logical conclusions.
