JOB REQUIREMENTS: Process Engineer - Essity246652 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Process Engineer - Fiber Prep About the Role Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is currently seeking a Process Engineer at our Converting Operation in Neenah, WI. This position is responsible for creating the standards in production process and for communication and training of the production teams. This person will facilitate the application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools (work instructions and procedures for safety, quality, daily direction setting - DDS, clean, inspect, lubricate - CIL, maintenance, and Center Lining - CL). Serves as Role Model for safety, monitors and improves the processes according to Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) methodologies. Sets and saves process settings and standards (CL, CIL) and facilitates the application of safety, quality, delivery, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) standards/systems to eliminate waste and loss. What You Will Do * Support product/material development and new asset capital project implementation; * Master DDS zero loss flow chart and coach teams in the application; * Own technical gap analysis; * Facilitates the application of standards/systems his/her area of responsibility; * Is ultimately responsible for continuously optimizing the production processes in a sustainable way through RCA and standardization; * Is responsible for training and coaching the operation teams to improve behaviors to the defined standards and procedures.
