JOB REQUIREMENTS: Vice President, Human Resources - R5242 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities: * Lead the day-to-day operations of MPC HR through a network of HR professionals supporting 13 manufacturing facilities and 32 service centers with collaboration and support from corporate HR. * Develop and lead the execution of the MPC HR strategy, including development and monitoring of key metrics. * Champion the use of data to identify and act on opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, culture and morale of MPC talent. * Serve as the HR subject-matter expert on the MPC Leadership Team and collaborate with other Leadership Team members to run the business for the long-term benefit of all stakeholders. * Provide talent insights offering data-supported recommendations to bolster areas of strength, mitigate areas of concern and anticipate possible outcomes . * Act as the lead ambassador of MPC\'s and Menasha Corporation\'s culture, values, and behaviors. * Partner with Corporate HR leaders to develop and implement strategies and processes intended to meet the development needs of the employees including learning, organizational development, talent management, performance management and succession. * Sponsor programs that drive employee engagement and retention. * Partner with the Menasha Legal Department, ensure MPC compliance with all applicable HR legislation. * Act as the primary MPC contact in dealings with Federal and state governmental agencies in seeking resolution of employment charges and complaints. * Provide resources, leadership and counsel regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion in collaboration with HR centers of excellence. * Administer enterprise wide initiatives in partnership with HR centers of excellence, including: talent acquisition, bonus programs, compensation strategies and planning, performance management, benefits, training, development and other enterprise-wide programs. * Partner with Menasha Legal on union matters, including contract negotiations, arbitrations, organizing campaigns and decertification.
