JOB REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 1-2 years of past plastic injecting machine operating is required to be considered, Ability to troubleshoot and make proper machine adjustments to the process to produce quality product that meets all requirements Perform routine and non-routine cleaning tasks along with other staff on equipment assuring their ongoing cleanliness Perform quality testing procedures Calibrate machines and testing equipment per schedule and as needed Assist in creation of documentation for existing and new processes and procedures Support and maintain OE initiatives throughout designated work area Communicate effectively with department, maintenance, engineering, plant leadership, and any other co-workers Meet and maintain a level of knowledge set by leadership through a detailed job proficiency assessment.
