Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

Support the development of pricing strategy to achieve the highest win probability.

Develop top-down and bottoms-up pricing studies.

Develop strategic pricing recommendations.

Run iterative analyses throughout proposal life-cycle.

Conduct market value salary analysis using internal and external data sources.

Work closely with Sales, providing guidance on how to achieve profitability targets.

Perform competitive price analysis.

Conduct pre- and post-award business intelligence analysis.

Maintain proprietary business pricing.

Maintain strategic pricing project tracking database.

Ensure transparency in pricing process so that all account contributors understand account pricing.

Maintain and provide master pricing sheets, as requested.

 

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; or four to six years in a related field.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience developing pricing models and price/cost proposals is preferred.

Strong financial analysis and modeling knowledge, skills and abilities.

Skilled in MS Office Suite, including advanced level skills in Excel.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.

Highly organized, with an attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

One (1) to three (3) years of prior experience in Federal Government contract pricing desirable, but not required.
