Part-time Child Care Worker (Afternoon)

We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable and has a passion for working with children. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care to young children, creating a safe and fun environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Assist in developing age appropriate activities

-Maintain open and clear communication with parents

-Tend to childrens basic needs (i.e., feeding, toileting, changing diapers, dressing, etc)

-Will have some closing duties to make sure everything is ready for the next day

-Ensure that children are clean, safe, and healthy

-Monitor children closely in a group setting

Requirements and Skills

-Person with patience, flexibility and excellent communication skills

-Ability to multitask

-Ability to manage multiple children of different ages simultaneously

-Other duties as required

-Complete The Safe Gatherings training and pass a background check

-A love for children and desire to make a difference everyday
