Job Title: Fitter/Welder

Job Description

The successful candidate must possess the ability to work on Steel. The role involves Stick, flux core, and MIG welding, fabricating on various types of steel (aluminium, hot roll, cold roll, etc), out of position welding (overhead, vertical, & horizontal), and use of blueprints. It also requires precise use of tape measure, gauges, squares, and other measuring tools for accuracy.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s) before going direct.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Albany, Indiana.

Work Environment

This position is based in a fab shop that specializes in custom fabrication and welding according to clients' needs. The environment is not climate controlled and can be dusty and loud at times. It is a small shop.
