WaterFleet, LLC Field Service Technician in New Albany, Ohio

If you are a highly qualified individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, please review the following: Position Overview: To be successful in this position, the individual must be reliable, detail-oriented, and must be able to function effectively both as a member of a rig-move team, and also work independently in the delivery of service, maintenance and repairs. Work locations are remote, geographically dispersed, and fully exposed to all extremes of weather.  Successful performance will require both physical and mental exertion & resilience.  Maintenance issues that occur after-hours will be addressed in an on-call rotation basis. Field Service Technician will frequently drive long distances, work with exposed wastewater (sewage), and experience double & triple shifts consecutively. The successful Field Service Technician must be able to accomplish these tasks without compromising the delivery of quality, safety, or customer service. Responsibilities: o Deliver water and waste-water purification trailers to remote customer sites o Rig equipment up/down as customer sites relocate o Perform various types of basic preventative maintenance & repairs o Plumbing from source to delivery o Communicate clearly & respectfully with both co-workers and customers o Monitor the performance of water and waste-water purification units o Coordinate maintenance activities with System Operators, Lead Technicians, FST's and Remote Monitoring Technicians o Share experience(s) with fellow technicians and learn from lead technicians. o Cooperate with internal and external customers to keep the work environment safe, secure, and healthy. o Communicate clearly & respectfully with both co-workers and customers. o Frequently load and unload materials used on locations, install plumbing, and clean equipment or facilities on locations. o Dig holes or trenches for pipe or pots. o Perform other related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice that help to drive our Vison, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Core Values. Requirements: o High School Grad; or GED o Valid driver's license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years). o Acceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years. o Travel to work locations (Permian and/or Delaware Basins)  o Maintain respectable appearance professional demeanor o Drivers of Commercial Motor Vehicles are required to be 21 years of age or older - DOT regulations o Foster teamwork and collaboration within and between department(s) Qualifications: o Minimum 2-5 years of industry related experience in similar role(s) o Ability to use basic h hand/power tools for installation and maintenance purposes o Physical ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods, and to lift up to 45 lbs. o High mechanical aptitude, ability to apply trouble-shooting techniques productively o Ability to access computer systems to determine required maintenance activities o General computer/cellphone navigation abilities, navigating on a computer, using a mouse, typing, changing screens, etc. o Knowledge of the oilfield industry--expectations and enviro
