You will form and lead a team of design engineers to develop customized electrical drive solutions for manufacturing and deliver accurate project documentation while optimizing costs, quality, on-time delivery and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will be mainly accountable for: *Implement scalable business processes and standards to execute efficient project engineering and ensure that deliverables are met on time, as per the set contract, safety and quality requirements. *Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Product Management, Order Execution, Supply Chain Management, Subcontracting Partners and Production to proactively de-risk the execution of existing and future projects. *Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and Company guidelines (knowledge management, functional training, etc.). *Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lead the continuous improvement of existing processes, and foster a data-driven culture.
