This is a position with grade 14This position reports to System Drives Production ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed by Motion System Drives (MOSD) Production Assembly team located in New Berlin, WI. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives division in New Berlin, WI area. You will be mainly accountable for: *Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule while successfully achieving predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of master plan accuracy. *Manage load levelling, bottleneck scheduling and utilize theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling. Analyze production floor status through input/output control reporting. *Collaborate cross functionally with customer service to provide appropriate delivery dates, and material planners to convert the Supply Plan into a master production schedule. *Maintains planning parameters in ERP and planning systems utilizing best practice sharing of inputs across the global organization. Progressive experience with scheduling within SAP (preferred). Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
