This is a position with grade 13This position reports to Manager, Product ManagementYour role and responsibilities Own the technical specification for regional products Lead regional product life cycle management while acting as a technical interface between external local market and internal technical cross functional teams Run product development process stage gates for regional products, own local product creation of global products and support production ramp up Own and approve the product manager defined tasks for product development process stage gates Continuously monitor competitive offerings, evaluating competing technologies and pricing strategies while defining new product plans, setting technical, price, cost and application targets. Contribute to development of new portfolios by leading customer need and value analysis, prioritizes new product development project and coordinating cross functional teams Drive the development of the features based on customer value and relevance to the market Work with Global Product Management, local Product Market Manager and marketing to define the market communication strategy, including product launch planning and implementation Position is Hybrid #LI- HybridQualifications for the role Bachelor\'s Degree with minimum 5 years experience OR Associate Degree with minimum 7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma with minimum 9 years of experience required.
