This is a position with grade 12This position reports to Product Engineering & Reliability ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role, as the Senior Product Compliance Engineer assures North American agency compliance for ABB products produced in New Berlin factory, and you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly and assist with resolving global UL/CSA compliance issues in our FI, CN, and IN sister factories. The work model for the role is: #LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division in New Berlin, WI area. You will be mainly accountable to: *Act as a one point of contact and escalation path for UL issues. Establish US Drive Products division as Center of Expertise for UL compliance and coordinate status of ABB products UL certificate and approves new products proposals. Act as central point of contact for global UL file updates. *Support and share UL knowledge for each factory location\'s Product Engineering and R&D teams\' UL contact. *Lead local US compliance projects like US EPA TSCA (PFAS) reporting requirements. Maintain local Agency files. *Responsible for influencing business groups across the organization to incorporate regulatory and certification requirements into product designs for both legacy and new products. Report upcoming regulatory changes to the organization for proactive compliance to these changes. Represent ABB\'s interests in regulatory standards development committees and seek to be a voting member on these.
