Hyundai and Genesis of New Bern is looking for a charismatic and hands-on leader to bring our sales team from Good to Great (This is not a broken store). We are a family-owned dealership led by an engaged owner. We have 6 friendly salespeople, an in-house used car Buying Center with 2 full time buyers, a 1:1 used-new ratio, best-in-class FandI numbers, a 30 day used car turn, 60 day new car turn, and a top-performing service department. We represent two strong brands (Hyundai and Genesis) and we are the only Genesis dealership East of Interstate 95 in NC.

The dealership is located in New Bern, NC, a small coastal city ranked by Southern Living as one of the top 10 small towns in the South. Our location offers great cost of living, beautiful river views and easy water access for boating, a vibrant historic downtown, great schools, and mild year-round weather. We are 45 minutes from the beach, and 2 hours from Raleigh/Wilmington. We have a commercial airport located 5 minutes from the dealership with 5-8 flights a day.

We understand that you have a life outside of the dealership and you will have a 5 day work week. That being said, when you are here, we need you "ON" and ready to sell cars!

Requirements:

• Responsible for driving new car sales and maximizing gross profits
• Submit deals and rehash with banks and finance institutions
• CDK and Elead experience preferred
• Maintain our VERY high CSI scores
• Manage and train sales people
• Conduct daily sales meetings
• Order new cars
• Appraise trade ins
