Hyundai and Genesis of New Bern is hiring a Parts Manager to join our Fixed Operations team! The Parts Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department by assisting customers, managing inventory, working closely with advisors and technicians, and providing exceptional service at every opportunity.

Our Service/Parts Department is closed on Weekends. Monday-Friday work only.

We are a family-owned dealership located in a beautiful and growing part of the state. We represent two strong brands (Hyundai and Genesis). We are the only Genesis dealership East of Interstate 95 in NC. We have a great Fixed Ops team already in place and this candidate would work closely with our existing Fixed Ops management team. This candidate would be Hyundai and Genesis of New Bern's first Parts Manager, so there is plenty of opportunity to make an impact and implement industry best practices.

* Previous experience working in Automotive Parts required. *

What Youll Do

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. CLOSED ON WEEKENDS
• Assist internal and external customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stocking of parts utilizing CDK PartsScan
• Manage parts orders and returns through PartsEye and the Hyundai/Genesis web portals
• Receive and process incoming shipments of parts, verifying accuracy and quality
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit emergency orders as necessary

Who You Are

• Automotive industry work experience in a franchise dealership parts department
• Numbers-oriented
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
