Description We are inviting applications for the role of Systems Engineer located in New Braunfels, Texas. This role is centered around the management and monitoring of all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation. The successful candidate will be involved in the installation and configuration of operating systems, application software, and system management tools. This position is offering an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for smooth operation

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools

• Proactively maintain high levels of systems and infrastructure availability

• Monitor and test application performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers to implement solutions

• Maintain security protocols, backup strategies, and redundancy measures

• Write and maintain custom scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention

• Collaborate closely with project managers, software developers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support

• Communicate with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, AWS Technologies, Backup Technologies, and Cluster Analysis. Requirements

• Applicant must hold a minimum of 7 years' experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar.

• Proficiency in working with Cisco Technologies is required.

• Must have experience with Citrix Technologies.

• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies is essential.

• Familiarity with Database management and operations is necessary.

• Experience with Dell Technologies is required.

• Must have hands-on experience in AB Testing.

• Knowledge of Active Directory is essential.

• Experience with AWS Technologies is required.

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies is a must.

• Practical experience in Cluster Analysis is crucial.
