Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Mortgage Audit Analyst. The Mortgage Audit Analyst will engage with both the front-facing loan officers and the underwriters who research and approve loans. The Mortgage Audit Analyst will be responsible to ensure the accuracy of loan applications, lending guidelines, and gather all essential documents related to each loan. If you are a loan processing professional and detail-oriented, this is the position for you!

What you get to do every day

• Ensuring the processing system is current

• Send regulatory and/or loan disclosures to company's clients

• Providing updates to clients with loans in process

• Walking through disclosure and loan terms with clients

• Check that all loan conditions are met before a loan is funded

• Coordinating funding with clients and settlement agents

• Processing loan applications

Requirements

• Must be skilled in customer service and interpersonal communication

• Must be organized and have great time-management skills

• Able to perform role's responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Prior experience with mortgage loan software programs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 3+ years of loan processing experience
