TUV America Inc Sales Executive in New Brighton, Minnesota

Sales Executive Your tasks Actively work with the Regional Manager and Account Executives to manage and grow sales in various service areas, such as SEMI, ITE, consumer goods, machinery, lighting and laboratory. Develop structured sales strategies for your applicable region and customers, Conduct interactions for potential sales opportunities, identification of valid leads, follow-up and coordination with sales management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships; Present products to prospective clients; Work with Account Executives and Regional Business Line Mangers to manage a specific book of business to help attainment of goals and quotas. Conduct cold calls of potential sales opportunities, identification of valid leads, follow-up and coordination with Account Executives and sales management. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' dedication; Manage the sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal; Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the TUV SUD Americas vision and mission statement. Adhere to all TUV SUD America policies and procedures as outlined in the various Corporate Policies and the Employee Handbook.
