J&J Family of Companies IT Director - Finance Product Group Leader A2R (Account to Report) in New Brunswick, New Jersey

IT Director - Finance Product Group Leader A2R (Account to Report) is responsible for the strategic vision, roadmap, execution and implementation of the A2R products that support Finance capabilities on Finance S/4 HANA and additionally responsible for interfacing and excellence in operations for Global Finance product solutions. This position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ.

For the SigniFi CFIN and TransAct programs, this leader will be accountable for the IT execution Account to Report. For TransAct program, this role will be accountable for Global Template of A2R solution and boundary systems.

In collaboration with FSDM, MedTech and Innovative Medicine partners this Director will provide the technology strategy thought leadership, strategizes product roadmap, identify necessary investments, maximizes program value, manages talent and skills and optimized resource allocation, and drive successful program execution. JJT Director A2R Product group is accountable for IT budget spend in scope to ensure that scope of the solution is implemented as per approved Capital Appropriation Request (CAR).

In addition to the program execution responsibilities, this role will also have Technology product leadership responsibilities supporting Account to report(A2R), Consolidations, Master data governance for Global Finance process areas. This leader will be responsible for the creation of a strategy for operational excellence, design and implementation of support model for products in scope. The role is accountable for measurement and continuous optimization of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for products in scope.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

IT execution for A2R end to end for SigniFi CFIN and TransAct:

  • Enable technology to drive business value and meet program objectives.

  • Technology thought leadership on strategy, value, roadmap and product solutioning

  • IT execution ownership of A2R solution in partnership with Med Tech and Innovative Medicine organization.

  • Enable resources required for implementation of the program and the run organization

  • Excellence in execution of the Financial close

  • Cross-sector stakeholders and vendor relationship management

  • SDLC, Sox Compliance and IT Solution governance

  • Foster high performing team culture to deliver results

Enabling New Capabilities for products in scope:

  • Creation of strategy for A2R

  • Ownership of A2R Global template design + Product design + development lifecycle

  • Technology platform and products architecture

  • Technology infrastructure

  • System integration for acquisition and divestitures

  • User experience strategy and design

  • HPT based product centric model for Product Management.

Business Cycles & Product Advancements:

  • Technology Support- cyclical Business operations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10+ years of in-depth experience of SAP implementation (in Program Lead or Platform Lead roles) including key experiences with SAP S/4HANA key experiences in team Global template deployment in Finance modules and proven track record of large scale ERP implementations and key experiences, ideally with SAP S/4HANA

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance Account to Report product, master data, consolidations, and Finance process knowledge

  • 10+ years of experience of implementation and maintenance of Data management and Reporting solutions

  • 10+ years of people management experience (teams with 10+ roles)

  • 10+ years of experience in fostering high performing teams methodologies and culture

  • 10+ years of IT budget management experience ($10MM+ budget accountability per year)

  • 15+ years of experience in Global IT roles in international organizations Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 15+ years of experience in Global IT roles in international organizations The anticipated base pay range for this position is 146000 to 251850.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
