The Khare Lab designs and optimizes enzymes using computational and experimental tools. We are interested in understanding the biophysical bases of enzyme function, uncovering the evolutionary implications of molecular recognition by enzymes, and engineering enzymes for applications aimed at addressing 21st-century challenges. The Khare lab is looking for 2 graduate students to conduct research on designing proteins using machine learning methods

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
Current graduate students with related lab work experience in Chemistry and Chemical Biology, Molecular Biosciences, Biomedical Engineering, Quantitative Biomedicine.
