Posting Summary | The Psychology Department at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, NJ is accepting applications for an opening for a part time Lecturer to teach undergraduate Psychology courses in Fall 2024:
These three-credit courses will be offered in the fall semester of 2024 and the spring semester of 2025. Salary is $2,685/credit. Interested individuals may apply to teach both courses or a single course depending on background and availability. As the instructor of record, a lecturer is responsible for preparing the course syllabus, delivering lectures and leading discussions, assessing student work in a timely manner, holding weekly office hours, responding to student emails, and submitting final course grades to the registrar. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Psychology and undergraduate teaching experience. Current students in GSAPP or SAS Psychology or Social Work may also apply. Applicants selected for interview will be asked to provide evidence of teaching excellence and three letters of reference. |
