ManpowerGroup Computer Hardware Repair Technician in New Carlisle, Indiana

Our client, a leader in the Cloud Technology industry, is seeking a Datacenter Technician to join their team. As a Datacenter Technician, you will be part of the IT support team, ensuring smooth operations within the datacenter environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Datacenter Technician

Location: New Carlisle, IN

Pay Range: $25/HR on Experis W2

What's the Job?

  • Provide support to end users on a variety of issues in a datacenter environment.

  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.

  • Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.

  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.

  • Work within a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.

What's Needed?

  • Datacenter IT experience preferred.

  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.

  • Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.

  • Willingness to work under immediate supervision.
