Description

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing Joint Commission standards and DE licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation.

-Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, and psychoeducational lectures.

-Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria

-Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.

The CADC functions as a member of the clinical services team that provides screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management, and education. The CADC utilizes evidenced-based, best practices to engage and help motivate clients to commit to treatment and to assist clients to identify and problem-solve individual and systemic barriers to treatment.
