Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Admissions role in New Gloucester, Maine. This role will be primarily based on site and will require light social media usage. The work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, 8-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize social media platforms for recruitment and promotional purposes

• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

• Perform clerical duties as necessary, including billing functions

• Foster relationships with potential students through effective communication and follow-ups

• Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to regulatory and ethical standards

• Contribute to the development of recruitment materials and resources

• Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals

• Review applications and make recommendations for enrollment.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in handling inbound calls in a detail oriented manner

• Proven experience with billing functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking

• Ability to perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry and record keeping

• Experience in college recruiting, including outreach, interviews, and candidate selection

• Strong recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates TalentMatch®
