The community includes 84 units, a combination of one bedroom and studio apartments. 20 units are Memory Care and the rest are traditional Assisted Living. We have a bistro, a salon/spa, a fitness center and a rooftop terrace!

Hourly Rate: $26.39 to $32.48 (Based on Experience)

Schedule:

  • 11 pm - 7 am: 24hrs/wk: which includes every other weekend

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate resident issues and medical concerns as needed and coordinates with other service providers to ensure proper care.

  • Ensure exceptional quality of resident care is provided.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports, data and records. Assist with all aspects of maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.

  • Accurately assess, observe, document and report any significant changes in resident’s behavior and health to the RN SALSA, and Executive Director.

  • Serve as a liaison to families/designated representatives, health care agencies, emergency response teams, hospitals and rehabilitation centers.

  • Direct, supervise, mentor, and guide the daily work assignments of the C.N.As.

  • Collaborates with other team members to ensure quality of care and services to all residents.

  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Current Connecticut LPN License

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Assisted Living Community

  • Flexibility with schedule

  • Ability to work every other weekends

  • Previous supervisory experience a plus
