Job Title: Plumber
Job Description
We are seeking licensed plumbers for a year-long project involving the construction of two multi-family residential apartment buildings. One building will have 100 units and the other will have 200 units. You will work on a 14-person crew, assisting with roughing, installation of PVC storm lines, PEX tubing, fixtures, and more.
Responsibilities
Assist with roughing and installation of PVC storm lines
Install PEX tubing and fixtures
Work collaboratively with a 14-person crew
Ensure adherence to project blueprints and specifications
Essential Skills
Licensed plumber with P1 or P2 certification
Experience with plumbing installation and blueprint reading
Proficiency in working with PVC and PEX materials
Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 10 certification
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Parking is available on the right side of the building. There is no opportunity for overtime or weekend work at this stage of the project, but this may change in the coming months. You must wear a yellow safety shirt, work boots, work pants, safety glasses, and a hard hat. The site is within walking distance of fast food restaurants and convenience stores. On the first day, you must bring your OSHA 10 certification and plumbing license.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the New Haven, Fairfield, and Hartford Counties of Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
