Terms: Renewable Contract (6-12 months+)

Schedule: Hybrid; minimum 2 days onsite

Salary Range: $33-$35/hr

Description:

  • Review and track all contracts to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines. Identify non-standard terms and conditions, and confirm that all necessary approvals (legal, finance, sales, marketing) are obtained.

  • Maintain comprehensive departmental documentation and provide expertise on contract requirements. Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.

  • Process sales tracings from distributors and customers, validate contract eligibility and pricing, format and process data using Access, and handle related inquiries.

  • Manage updates for new customer locations based on daily reports and address inquiries related to pricing and contracts through departmental support mailboxes.

  • Prepare quotes, ensure pricing approval before issuance, assist with GPO/IDN member validations, and support pricing data validation, audit requirements, and price book updates.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Corporate Account Directors to resolve pricing discrepancies, ensure accurate contract documentation, and support process improvements and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Teams, Outlook) and experience with D365 and PowerBI.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or related environment with at least 3 years of pricing and contracts experience. Experience with Health Networks, Group Purchasing Organizations, or distributors is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to solve complex problems with high accuracy.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with upper management and various departments.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.
