This is a full-time, on-site role.

Pump Shop Manager Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manages the pump shop employees; answer questions, problem solve, train when necessary

• Enforces safety and sanitation regulations

• Directs and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in both on-site and in the field work

• Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals

• Inspects materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions

• Upholds PFT quality standards

• Stays in contact via email and phone with customers that require service

  Pump Shop Manager Requirements include :

• 3+ years of Pump Shop management required.

• 2+ years previous experience managing a team of 6-8 direct reports required.

• Valid and clean NYS driver's license to operate company vehicles.

• Attention to detail and great work ethic.

• Analytical, problem solving, time management and decision making skills.

• Expert Mechanical Ability.

Please note, we will only consider applicants who have previously managed a Pump and Motor shop.

Salary Commensurate with Experience ($150,000 - $160,000 annually)
