Job Description
Plans, organizes, and manages the staff and activities of strategic planning and program development projects. Works collaboratively with senior leaders, medical and administrative staff to promote and execute business strategy initiatives.
Job Responsibility
1.Provides leadership to a Business Strategy team by communication with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area.
2.Defintes the scope of analyses and final product being requested. Coordinates and participates in meetings to define project scope, gather required information, presents preliminary analyses and final project findings.
3.Develops strong positive collaborative relationship with administrative and medical staff leadership in defining strategic and programmatic challenges, opportunities and initiatives.
4.Leads and supports Planning and other Health System/Hospital staff to complete required analyses, draw conclusions, develop recommendations and synthesize information into final product.
5.Assists with the preparation of strategic plans, program plans, business plans, etc., including data analysis and the translation of data into tables, graphs, charts, maps and written summaries.
6.Designs and delivers related conceptual, strategic and tactical presentations. Designs work plans to meet goals/outcomes in an ambiguous environment.
7.Assists with developing short and long-term action plans including goals and objectives, resource requirements and completion schedules.
8.Executes action plan goals, ensuring objectives and completion schedules are met.
9.Directs technical support provided in the development and analysis of planning-related data by other members of the Planning staff.
10.Oversees staff performance, career development, and training.
11.Leads the completion of information and data analysis requests, as required, using internal and external strategic planning and market research databases, such as Access, Oracle, Slouchiest and the internet.

Job Qualification
*Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
*6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership / management experience, required.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $121,200-$212,100/year
