Job Description

An Insight Global client is looking to hire a manager over the Integration Engineering team at their new manufacturing facility near Lafayette, LA. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 4 to 8 engineers and making process improvement decisions to improve yield and reduce variation in product manufacturing. Day to day, this person will spend most of their time performing statistical data analysis to test the plant's 30+ major processes and then work with quality, manufacturing and plant leadership to make necessary changes to improve production results. This is an in-person role based in Louisiana, and the company will consider offering relocation assistance. We can offer a salary of $122,800 to $175,000 annually for this role plus an annual bonus between 10% to 20%. Exact compensation may vary based on education and years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

Master's Degree in an engineering discipline (manufacturing, electrical, chemical, etc.).

10+ years of experience in Process Integration Experience ideally in the semiconductor industry - knowledge of OEE, machine availability, through-put, yield, inventory management, BOM, etc.

4 + years of management experience - leading teams, making recommendations to fellow plant leaders and budget planning.

Strong statistical analysis experience, with SAS, JMP, Python modeling, SQL scripting to perform trend analysis, co-relations and causation, define problem statements and provide insights to manufacturing and quality teams. Ph.D. in an engineering discipline (manufacturing, electrical, chemical, etc.).
