We provide software and application solutions and are responsible to maximize the use and integration of SAP products in this case MDG with S4/HANA.

Responsibilities

As SAP CoP Senior Master Data Governance, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications related to Materials, Vendors, Customers and Financial Data Domains. Working closely with stakeholders and external suppliers within our SAP Community of Practice (COP) team, you will identify and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future, with a focus on SAP applications and best practices. Your responsibilities include:

· Active participation in design sessions for the upgrade program of SAP Core software interacting with the Business Units as member of the SAP CoP Data Management Practice, high focus on implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.

· Providing input to the E2E process for each data domain involved in redesign business processes such as planning, manufacturing, quality and plan maintenance on both regional and global levels.

· Collaborating with architecture team with reviews and proposals to improve data model across the whole landscape.

· Test new scenarios, propose best practices for each scenario in which data domains are involved.

· Warranty the quality and monitoring for the data in its own E2E process.

· Analyze requirements, bring different scenarios to apply for each requirement in which Data processes are involved.

· Validate that the implementation in MDG is according to the design approved and functional in every data point of contact with the Business process.

· Ensuring support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.

· Program/Project management with experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules, and quality overview knowledge of SAP ERP modules and architecture in ECC and S/4HANA.

· Expert knowledge in master data governance (Migration, Creation, Maintenance, Cleanse, Enrichment) and data quality to support the key business processes.

· Knowledge of integration points and techniques between planning of internal and external needs with other SAP components, such as finance CO-PC and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications.

· Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 in application and configuration.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.

· Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.

· General technical background.

· Understanding of integration and how different applications communicate with each other.

· Process and service orientation.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

Required Experience :

  • 10+ years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across SAP modules.

  • 8+ years direct management/supervisory experience required on 4 Data Domains (Finance, Materials, Vendors, Customers)

  • Experience as people manager with a minimum of 2 direct reports.

  • Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions.

  • At least four full SAP implementation, with at least one of them being in S4 HANA version.

  • Experience in solutioning gaps and evaluating alternative solutions.

  • Experience with Business Data Domains.

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, or Engineering

  • MDG or MDM Certification is desirable.

  • Certifications on Methodologies and technologies area a nice to have; AGILE; ITIL; PMP, SCRUM.

  • 20%
