What You'll Do:

As a Data Analyst II, you will play a pivotal role in our Information Systems Department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Extraction and Analysis:Work with large datasets from our EHR and other systems to extract, clean, and analyze data.
  • Reporting and Visualization:Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Predictive Modeling:Assist in building predictive models to support organizational goals.
  • Data Quality Assurance:Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders, aiding in data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Health/Medical Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. (Masters degree preferred)
  • Experience:Minimum of 2 years in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries. Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus. Familiarity with programming languages like R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills:Ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.
  • Team Player:Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
