About Us: Anywhere is looking for a dynamic professional to join our Industry Relations team. This team bridges our business with key industry organizations like MLSs, CMLS, RESO, and NAR. We advocate for our brokerage’s interests, navigate regulatory changes, and enhance operational efficiency, positioning Anywhere as a leader in the real estate sector.

Position Summary: As a key player in our team, you'll drive industry relations strategy, build relationships with industry leaders, and advocate for Anywhere's positions on initiatives and policies. You'll work cross-functionally to expand our messaging and inform strategic goals. We're seeking a proactive leader with deep real estate industry knowledge, capable of driving impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Lead and execute industry relations strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and organizations.

• Advocacy: Represent Anywhere’s interests in forums, discussions, and industry events.

• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (government affairs, communications, legal, product) to create a unified strategy.

• Messaging: Develop and expand messaging to communicate Anywhere’s vision and achievements.

• Strategic Insights: Provide recommendations to inform team direction and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years in industry relations or similar role within real estate.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong industry network.

• Proven project management skills.

• Knowledge of Realtor Associations, MLSs, and Listing Policy.

• Passion for advocating policies that benefit homebuyers and sellers.
