The Grill Rooms is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive first and last impression for our guests by maintaining a professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude while greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and fulfilling their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile

• Escort guests to their table and present menus

• Take reservations and manage the waitlist

• Understand the menus and cocktail service in detail

• Provide excellent customer service to guests

• Work in a high-volume environment

• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Answer multiple phone lines and take accurate messages

• Operate POS system to process payments and manage orders if needed

• Maintain a clean and organized host stand area

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work multiple phone lines

• Ability to operate POS system
