Description:

The primary objective of this position is to provide operational support for Network Access Management (NAM) to include DHCP, DNS, and IPAM (DDI) along with VPN Management Service which provides 24x7 VPN support to the Deloitte member firms. The position works closely with other Deloitte groups and vendors to provide exceptional customer support.

The NAM Analyst role requires skills that enable the individual to deliver a high level of service and to meet the expectation from the business of a highly available agile infrastructure. Strong communication skills, combined with a knowledge of core, specialized and technical competencies is required, along with a very solid understanding of an enterprise IT infrastructure operational environment, adhering to industry best practice.

Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Provide operational support for remote access DDI on multiple Infoblox and VPN platforms across Deloitte's global and Cloud infrastructure.

  • 24x7 DDI/VPN device monitoring, operation and management.

  • First responder to monitored alerts, incidents and issues.

  • Monitoring, and troubleshooting of Infoblox.

  • Perform DDI policy changes, analysis and clean-up as requested by firms.

  • Provide visibility and insight to assist customers with DDI and VPN activity and usage information.

  • Create and maintain network and application-level documentation of Infoblox and VPN environment.

  • Track and evaluate NAM events and security alerts.

  • Follow through with firm and vendor resources to close out availability, performance, and security incidents that involve NAM in any Deloitte location.

  • Coordinate, triage, and troubleshot activities with customers.

  • Accountable for executing tasks according to established standards, procedures, and processes.

  • Able to communicate and work with customers and peers in different time zone and countries.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to easily analyze and communicate complex ideas to all levels of management.

    Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience supporting in Network Administration/Engineering and/or 3 years with an advanced relevant degree

  • 3 years working with Infoblox or a similar DHS/DDI/DHCP technology

  • 1+ year utilizing Checkpoint, Palo Alto and/or Cisco remote access VPN technologies

  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience

    Preferred:

  • Highly preferred experience working with VPN- Prisma Access

  • Knowledge of Infoblox DNS will be added advantage.

  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network protocols.

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and commands to ensure quick resolution to issues.

  • Knowledge of NetBrain management platform.

  • Knowledge of server technologies is a plus.

  • Knowledge of virtual technologies is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to easily analyze and communicate complex ideas to all levels of management.

  • Sensitivity and cultural awareness are essential as the role will involve contact with a variety of people around the globe.

  • Discipline and experience in recognizing and handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail is essential.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Professional Qualifications are preferred, including:

  • Prisma/Infoblox Administration Certification

  • CCNA Certified

  • ITIL Foundation Certified

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 to $148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
