JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: The Treasury Services Implementation Representative 2 provides support to commercial customers and internal associates who utilize Treasury Management Services to enhance strategic direction and contributes to the overall success of customer satisfaction and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Implements set up and performs maintenance on all Treasury Management products and services and provides Tier 2 support for internal customers. Distributes setup documentation within Treasury Management Operations and monitors the setup process to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded. Sets up Repurchase Agreement and ZBA (zero Balance Account) requests Generates reports, as needed by management, including monthly departmental metrics. Monitors daily performance of the Treasury Management system. Communicates with Line of Businesses on system issues impacting customers. Additional daily responsibilities relating to servicing the Treasury Management customer base established for new product and service offering(s). Complies with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NONE

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years Treasury Products & Services and banking experience including customer service focus. 

ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to operate related equipment to perform the essential job functions. Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division an "undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
