Bayonet Plumbing Maintenance Custodian in New Port Richey, Florida
Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Center Maintenance Custodian to join our team! The primary function of this position is to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the inside and outside of the Office Center. We have full time and part time opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
Clean assigned areas
Clean vacuum around work stations, hallways, stock and clean restrooms, stock rooms, offices, and stairways
Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas.
Regularly check trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all designated areas
Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles
Clean glass surface.
Dust furniture, fixtures, shelves, and other areas as needed
Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms restroom garbage cans (includes cleaning and maintaining soap and paper products are full)
Wash walls, woodwork, doors, and sills
Complete cleaning, safety, and inspection logs as directed
Yard maintenance
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in custodial or maintenance work
Clean Florida drivers license
Ability to operate trucks, automobiles, air compressors and other motorized equipment.
Ability to make minor plumbing, masonry, electrical and carpentry repairs.
Ability to move furniture.
Ability to follow directions and established procedures.
Ability to comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
