MAXIMUS, Inc. eCommerce Search Marketing Associate in New York City, New York

OverviewThis high-visibility position will support Search marketing streams for our eCommerce business and will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns. You will partner with business stakeholders (marketing & sales), media agencies, and data science teams to design and execute best in class search marketing program, report on key metrics to demonstrate how the channel is driving customer and business value, and help build reporting solutions that help stakeholders understand effectiveness of the channel and what can be done to improve business results to drive growth. Your work will be critical to help improve the value driven through eCommerce platforms by growing the business at places where there is tangible value and scaling back in specific pockets to drive efficiency.ResponsibilitiesCampaign execution:* Create & execute paid search campaigns across multiple retailer platforms and Pepsico brandsKeyword farming and ad copy deploymentTrack to paid search budgets by platform by brand, analyze campaign data to achieve business goalsOptimize campaigns at regular cadence to hit key KPIsCampaign planning:* Conduct estimation for annual and monthly budgetsEnsure deployment of best practices across all paid search activitiesProactively seek out new opportunities to grow search campaigns via new ad groups, ad copy testing, landing page optimizations, and keyword expansionReporting and optimization:* Present the results to internal stake holders, proactively work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver reporting solutionsLiaise with cross functional teams (Sales, Business units) to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify growth opportunities on searchCompensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $105,000 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* A business development incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Ability to communicate, collaborate effectively at various levels of the organization* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills* Results-oriented strategic thinker who demonstrates a bias for action with a can-do approach* Team player with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment* Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications* Prior experience with retailer search platforms like Criteo, Amazon search (AMS) preferred.
