DANISCO USA INC International Tax Manager in New York City, New York

Job Summary Manage international tax aspects of US tax compliance * Supports US international tax calculations of the company (i.e., TCJA, Subpart F, etc.) as they relate to restructuring and tax planning. * Oversees the review of US international income tax returns, disclosure statements and elections as they relate to restructuring and tax planning. * Assist in gathering information to support international aspects of the IRS Compliance Assurance Program ("CAP"). * Collaborates with Treasury to develop tax-efficient repatriation strategies that are in line with the goals of the company and execute on such strategies. * Assists with the monitoring of US and international income tax legislation and evaluates impact to the company. * Research complex tax issues for international tax planning, M&A, tax accounting, and tax compliance. * Identifies transactions that have tax implications and model the impact of various planning scenarios on the company's tax profile.
