The Opportunity
Our team is looking for a savvy Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to support & grow strategic client programs at a fast-growing cybersecurity marketing agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for consulting with clients & contributing to strategic marketing plans while managing project performance & ensuring goals are met by coordinating deliverables, tracking & analyzing results, & strategizing on program optimization.
The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will look for opportunities to improve program performance, both for individual clients & over time across all clients. You’ll contribute strategy, insight, & innate marketing talent to a variety of cybersecurity digital marketing programs for our clients as well as to promote the agency itself. This role requires strong communication & collaboration skills, as you’ll work closely with many departments to set up & launch programs – including sales, creative services, clients, partners, & campaign management, yet the ability to act independently when needed to solve problems through proactive action.
How you'll make an impact
Serving as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, providing thought leadership & consultation on marketing program direction & optimization, while guiding & managing expectations
Strategizing, orchestrating, & facilitating execution on a variety of complex marketing programs assigned clients
Tracking & analyzing program results – reporting successes &/or identifying gaps – & recommending actions for improvement
Providing white-glove customer service to high-profile clients to ensure satisfaction, maintain relationships, & drive retention
Managing content development & asset deliverables with internal teams & external vendors – working with agency partners & creative services providers as well as occasionally contributing copywriting &/or content reviews
Managing resources for each assigned project to stay on schedule & keeping internal & client teams informed on status details
Anticipating potential issues through frequently reviewing data & using critical thinking to implement actions needed to shift components & resolve issues
Effectively balance the needs of the client, agency, & partners
What you'll bring to the table
BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
8-10+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Project and Program Management within the technology industry
Cybersecurity experience preferred
Background in marketing campaign management and program strategy, with generalist skills and an interest in variety
Hands-on experience or equivalent management background in a variety of digital tactics including paid search, paid social, SEO, programmatic display, content syndication, webinars, face-to-face events, PR & related performance marketing activities
Demonstrated experience in effective marketing content creation including content auditing, development of content strategy, buyer's journey assets, ad copy, and other frequent client content deliverables
Ability to successfully work on many types of marketing projects simultaneously
Prior experience in a client-facing role with suitable professional presence
Knowledge of enablement and lead qualification processes for Sales/Business Development Representatives, and how marketing contributes to the sales pipeline
Reliable detail orientation and ability to meet deadlines while executing tasks thoroughly and double checking the work
Strategic orientation & experience with marketing optimization & experimentation - an ability to 'look around corners' for opportunities to improve results & grow client sales/satisfaction
Comfortable using data & metrics to measure impact, report results, & determine improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic proficiency with SEM tools, WordPress/Hubspot, Marketo, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Google Office
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Experience with Partner marketing is a plus
