The Opportunity

Document Cloud - composed of products such as Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Scan - is growing fast. Acrobat is a popular consumer software product on many desktops today, and we are passionate about assembling the substantial growth our business is experiencing in app stores today. With over four billion global smartphone users, mobile is paving a new way for customers to interact with Adobe's products.

The Acrobat Product Led Growth team is looking for someone with a strategic attitude to help optimize the paid user acquisition journey, enhance retention, and improve conversion rates while ensuring a remarkable customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the free-to-paid user journey. Work with our data, research, and CX teams to build insights around user interaction with our product, identifying patterns, preferences and barriers.
  • Identify experience gaps and opportunities to attract new subscribers, while maintaining a delightful user experience at every touchpoint
  • Assess and optimize the user journey from sign-up to subscription, ensuring a frictionless and compelling experience.
  • Propose A/B test ideas to refine conversion funnels based on data-driven results.
  • Collaborate with our lifecycle, content, and design teams to ensure customers have the right resources and experiences to understand the subscription benefits
  • Present recommendations to executive leaders so your ideas have the sponsorship required to be implemented after your internship is completed

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
  • 2-4 years of Marketing/Product Management experience in a consumer-focused company
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience influencing cross-functional team members to launch high-impact initiatives by understanding and aligning individual incentives
  • Customer-centric approach and willingness to advocate for product and business changes
  • Experience in cohort analysis, customer engagement, user experience, and A/B testing with long-term holdouts
  • Ability to breakdown problems, dive deep into the details and consider implications in the context of the overall business
  • Proactively identify and prioritize critical projects with a driven implementation approach
  • Leadership in helping colleagues succeed to improve outcomes for the overall team or organization
  • Experience with mobile app productivity tools and software a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
