JPMorgan Chase Account Manager, Middle Market Banking - Vice President in New York, New York

As an Account Manager within the Middle Market Banking team, you will manage the full suite of Commercial Banking solutions for our newly acquired clients from the First Republic Bank acquisition. You will service a portfolio of legacy First Republic Bank clients and will be accountable for treasury solutions, implementations, project management, service issues, lending and various other internal and external client related matters. This role requires excellent project management, leadership and communication skills, and you will serve as an ongoing relationship partner for our clients. You will partner across JPMC functional teams such as Risk, Credit, Treasury, Service, Implementations, Legal, etc. to provide our clients with exceptional coverage. Job responsibilities
Collaborate across functional roles, primarily including Banking, Treasury, Credit and Service
Coordinate and manage product implementations and service related needs
Create and manage planning for projects such as migrations, year-end pricing changes, and assist with contract negotiations including pricing, performance agreements, business continuity, etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
5+ years prior work experience in Sales/ Credit / Business Operations / Client Services
Ability to assess & calibrate with multiple partners on project deliverables under time sensitive deadlines
Established program management skills with experience in project management discipline, tools & techniques
Experience collaborating in a team environment with accountability forresults - must be skilled in developing strategies as well as executing tactics in a hands-on environment
Proven client interaction skills to calibrate & manage client expectations
Proficiency in managing client problem resolution and delivering solutions; ability to mobilize internal resources to move quickly to resolve issues
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products such as Project, Power-point and Excel
Experience with Lending and Treasury Services products and implementation processes
Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of the organization including senior management, sales, IT, operations and product management, banking, and implementation
