Description

Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional to join the team at an expanding company. We are currently searching for an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with 3+ years of experience in collections and chargebacks - the successful candidate will ensure the prompt collection of payments, minimize chargebacks, and work to resolve any customer disputes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the account receivables, including billing, collections, and chargebacks.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and produce financial reports on a regular basis.

• Collaborate closely with customers to establish payment plans, handle inquiries, or resolve any discrepancies.

• Utilize accounting software to process transactions, update customer information, and generate invoices.

• Assess chargeback cases to determine their validity, contest unjustified chargebacks, and follow through with retrieval or arbitration processes.

• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting strict deadlines.

• Maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure a positive customer experience regardless of circumstances.

  Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in collections and dealing with chargebacks.

• Bachelors Degree a plus
